Abstract

The influence of hetaryl substituents on the toxicity and neurotropic activity of germatranes have been investigated. The leading compounds influencing the duration of ethanol and hexobarbital anaesthesia, preventing retrogradai amnesia, protecting against
hypoxia and having low toxicity have been found.
