Abstract

High-purity hydrochlorides of β-dialkylaminoalkylamides of 1-R-2-oxo-4-hydroxyquinoline-3-carboxylic acids have been obtained from N-alkyl-2-carbalkoxyanilides of malonic acid. The synthesized compounds have been tested for certain forms of pharmacological activity.
